After acquiring multiple neighbouring plots for our client, we started restoring the beautiful old, neglected and overgrown estate in the hills above Kassiopi that dates back to the Venetian time circa 1820’s in early 2022.

We sensitively restored the 47.5 stremma estate by taking special care to preserve as much of the natural habitats that were already existing as possible by carefully working with the surrounding flora and nature that is all around the house and beyond into the hills . We used old building methods with restoring the ancient aloni and when creating over three hundred meters of dry stone walls to add more of a flow through the stunning Corfiot countryside and around the estate as a whole. We used the natural stones from the land and followed the flow of the grounds through ancient paths that the shepherd and his sheep still walk today.

After a total interior design upgrade and ecological audit and upgrade on the tired main house and four months of soft landscaping and gardening, the clients moved in for the 2022 summer season.
